Long Weekend

I had a very long weekend actually very exhausting weekend. On Saturday I woke up to the buzzing of my hello kitty alarm clock I woke up and said 6:20 already as I got up very tired i turned it off walked to my door and shut very gently and went to my closet to find a outfit for skating I pick up my under armour and a shirt and some nylons as I got my clothes I realized today was going to be long day seeing on my calender as I whispered to my self saying "Oh boy".As I walk down stairs and go to the freezer and pick up my buttermilk Eggo's as I plop them in the toaster and turn the knob to the lowest setting as I get down a plate and I go to the fridge and take out some vitamin water that says grape-raspberry I pour some into the cup and the Eggo's come up I pick them up fast so I don't burn myself again as I drop them I take out a fork and a butter knife and started to cut them into little pieces I take them over to the kitchen table and I set them down my brother on the other hand is watching Pokemon I sit down and eat a piece of my Eggo and take a drink of my juice once I am done I go to the dining room to pack my skates up in my zuca bag. My dad is downstairs and ready to go I get my shoes on and stuff my nylons in my bag I get in the car it says it is 7:25. I tell my dad that we have to be there at 7:45 my dad says I know and as we pull out of the driveway. I turn on my I-pod as I put my favorite song well not really my favorite more like my 3rd which is Poker Face. We get on the highway and drive off to the Pettit for my lesson. As we arrive I give my dad my I-pod as I walk in the lobby is quite. As I walk through the doors I see about 15 people out on the ice including my cousin Eleanor in her lesson with our dance coach Lisa. As I walk over to very weared out bench I take my skates out and put them on when I'm ready I go over to the ice box I take off my guards and put them to the side as I step on it feels very smooth I go over to my coach. My freestyle coach is wearing a black double button jacket with a pair of jeans topped of with black shoes with painted flowers on them. I say hi she says Hi and says she will be with me in a minute as she is having a lesson with Mary before they go to the Northern Blast competition. As shes says to me are you ready I say yes very confident. She is going to do moves with me. She says to me go do your forward perimeter crossovers as I listen I stroke off and I do them. By the time I'm done with my lesson it was a break as the Zamboni entered the ice with all the marks on it I go sit down by my friends alaina whispered something in my ear about her boyfriend breaking up with her I asked her the reason why. She said that he told her things were getting to complicated with him and baseball and her with skating as I feel bad for her she really acted like she did not even care. When the Zamboni was off my friend christy says hi I say hi back shes wearing her pink spiral Clohe Noel realizing i am just wearing my under armour pants. We get on the ice and do a lap together than I start working on Freestyle as I go into a sit spin to warm up my legs. Then I go into a camel spin to warm up for my feature role in Sara's number and Mary's. Doing all of my spins. I go and work on jumps as I stroke around the circle I make my way over to the other side of the rink to go into a jump. My jump is clean I land with my leg high in the air. Then I go to my starting position of my solo as I do the footwork as light as a feather I go into my jump now success I land I go into a right three turn and step into my camel spin and I do now 10 revolutions as I stop I do my foot work and as I stop again I do a little spin I stop and get ready for my ding. I get off the ice as the Zamboni enters again I take off my skates and slide my feet into my flip flops after being in my skates for two hours. Me and Alaina went to the lobby as we walked out my other friend Nora asked me if there was strength I said no because theres a competition today and Mary and Sara are at it with their students. As I sit on the couch I go over and ask my dad if he had my I-pod in his meeting with Juanita, June, Julie, and Kathi. He said it was in his car I said o.k as he gave me his car keys I asked Alaina if she wanted to come with me to my dads car she said o.k but only half way because her dad was there to take her home as I walk over to my dads car her dad says hi as I say hi back. Alaina says goodbye as she hops in her car she waves I wave back. As I unlock my dads car I see it as I grab it theres also a lot of junk in there like some spare change and Carmel corn and Kleenex. As I shut I slam it the car door shut and lock it I walk back in and my dad the keys as he takes him not even looking at me. I go sit back down on the couch putting the ear buds in my ears as I go to the app called Rudolph's kick n fly. Having only two levels left of the game as I can't get pass it I close that app and I go to a different one that says words with friends as I put down one with my best friend Danielle as put the word yeti in and I say play I get 10 points and I'm only ahead by 1 point which is not very good. As I my I-pod said eleven am as I get my skates on for a practice for the ice show. Her daughter Kenzie comes up to me Mercy and Christy saying her mom is stuck in traffic i have a sigh of relief. As I was still getting my skates on mercy picks up my I-pod and puts on Paparazzi she tells me to hurry up I say to her don't rush me I do not like being rushed as Lisa walks in not looking to happy with life right now. I told Mercy she looks super crabby so lets not mess up today or she will go off with your heads she laughs I laugh too. Danielle walks in with her mom and says to her mom I need black legwarmers for Lisa's number she told us last night. So I walk with her to the Rainbo sport's shop the black leg warmers are the only ones in there with silver in them she goes and she buys it. As we walk out to the ice together Lisa's getting her skates on Danielle goes up to Lisa and asks her if these legwarmers are o.k Lisa Say's back snappily Oh I prefer the ones with out silver. We get on the ice and I say to her don't worry she is just crabby there was a lot of traffic. She says yeah there was I was stuck in it to . The song I Gotta feeling came on the box as we all set up for the beginning as we start are chassis I'm starting to wonder where's Eleanor I realize she's doing her ballet Alice in Wonderland. So after I Gotta a Feeling's done It goes into Ainsley's and Palmer's solo dance. After their half Kenzie and Christain come out making it look like it's so easy to do Ice Dance. Then comes their other solo when that's done we go through our Dancing Queen as I'm also behind my other friend Keaton as we do our number my friend Sami comes out and does a prefect double flip and then where the part where my cousin came out we kind of had to skip because she was not there . Then my other friend Alli come out and does her footwork as light as a feather and really I mean light. After all that comes the third number Evacuate the Dance floor as I watch how their in perfect synch with each other. As we run through it a few more times she says to us were done. I take off my skate's and say I will be back in like three hours. When I got home I ate a meatball sub for lunch. Then I decided to take a nap because I was tired from my long morning so I took meg I got in my bed I fell straight asleep when I woke up I re did my hair and went down stairs and was ready to go when I got back there Mercy was still there in the costume room helping with her mom her sister and her neice were down there helping too there was so much glitter down there so of course me I slide my hand in the glitter I hold it up and I say to Mercy look I'm lady Gaga she laughs so hard as I start singing poker face. I go in the bathroom and wipe it off still having it alot on my skates and all over my hair as I get on for Lynn's practice I go to do a cannon sit it's really good me very happy after Lynns. I go home and go to bed now like 8:00 I was very tired that was was my long weekend

Worst Spring Break

On Saturday the third of April me and my mom went to Jo-Ann's fabrics for some fabric because my aunt decided to make my ozian dress for my Wizard of Oz performance. So while we were looking for the patterns for the dress my side started to hurt lower right side my moms like point with one finger to where it hurts I point to my appendix. She didn't looked to thrilled with me.Technically she does not believe me that much in other situations like this one.So the next day Easter I looked worst than ever super pale and my side more in pain than ever before. I took my shower it hurts really bad now.For most of my Easter day I was laying on the couch with my relatives over then I realized I had to move to the basement with my cousins.I wasn't to happy when I was called for Easter Dinner my Grandma a retired nurse online was really start I had appendicitis I ate my dinner calmly not having much of anything for my side hurt to badly.Later I Came up stairs sobbing in worst pain then ever before I laid on the couch motionless could not bare it any longer I sat up gently and ask my dad for a bowl by the time he was back with the bowl it was soon enough I vomited into the bowl crying again my mom looked up the symptoms for appendicitis they were vomiting,diarrhea,stomach pain in lower right side,back pain, low fever. I had all of those except for two diarrhea and low fever. My Grandma said it's time to take her to the E.R. I personally did not want to go to the E.R when we got there it was jam packed with people with broken bones, deep cuts, and sick people. I got my band with my name and date of birth. They took me into the little area where they take your weight and your blood pressure. When I was done with that two hours went by and it was already 9:00 pm at night hoping soon they would get me a room as soon as possible. My dad however was getting very crabby that some people came after us and they were going before us. So he got up and went to the desk and complained they said sorry and that we were next that would skip one person before me to get me in to the room. When we finally got into the room I was waiting and I was super tired and I could not stand to stay awake a minute crazy night at the E.R. When I woke up the doctor came in I was just barely staying awake to hear what he was saying to my dad.So then the trauma nurse came and taught me how they put a I.V in I was watching they numbed it so I could not feel the needle go through me which was probably a good thing or I would of freaked out.When she was done she didn't hook me up to the bag because I was going to the Ultra Sound to get it checked out in the Ultra Sound she saw some liquid flowing that didn't look normal although she saw that she could not find my appendix. So she suggested to get a C/T scan personally I didn't feel like going through that either.But it as she said was more precise so my dad said yes it was super cold in the C/T room with chills going through my body wishing all I had was a nice warm blanket.Surely enough they found my appendix and it was really inflamed. So by the time I was done with my C/T scan I was ready to go back to the my E.R room.When I was on my way back with my dad and the blood work guy said he would be with us in a minute I hope he took forever on the other hand I was very tired. But I guess I didn't fall asleep enough quickly cause he came with the needle and tube. He told me there was two ways of doing it first way was the regular way without numbing spray and second was a prick of the finger.At first I wanted to get the finger prick.But then he said or we can do the regular way with the numbing spray I said yes to that cause I didn't want to feel a thing I have little problem with getting needles put in me. So when he was done he left. Then I layed back down and I fell back to sleep by then it was already 1:00 am my dad still watching T.V I had told him to turn off the sound cause I really was getting crabby to.By 3:30 am they were still very clueless what was going on with me. So they told us that they were giving me a room.They put me in a wheelchair and wheeled me off to my room in the new west tower on the ninth floor my room said W905.They put me in the bed gently the nurse started to teach me how to work the bed and the remote for the T.V the room was very nice you could tell they just made it there was even a PlayStation 3.I feel a sleep quickly and at 6:00 am the surgeon came in and started to examine me and said were going to the surgery.My eyes widened he told me that it is not like the old surgery where they make a two to three inch scar. He told me they were going to make three incisions and one was deep down in my belly button. He told me I would not feel a thing I would be put to sleep so I would not feel a thing.So still very thirsty my I.V was beeping so I called the nurse in the room to fix it so I would have more liquid flowing through my body even though I didn't know I was super hydrated though because of my I.V..At 10:00 am they said they were ready to do my surgery so they called up two nurses that wheeled me in my bed to the holding room . The room before you do the surgery.My mom was talking to anthisolist and the surgeon that would be doing my surgery.The anthisolist put the sleeping medcine through my I.V. it burned alot before I fell into my deep sleep she asked me what kind of sleeping gas do you want I said strawberry they said ok.What I don't remember is actually getting switched to the gernie and going to the surgery room.When I woke up the nurse that wakes people up from their deep sleep told me I was all done my eyes were like a kalidoscope everything looked funny.She had told me my mom was on her way. Then this little obnoxuis baby was crying while I was in there.All I said is I want to go back to room where it's peacful and quiet.When my mom came she told me it was not my appendix it was a cyst that twisted which caused the horrible pain. But they took it out anyway.My eyes still like a kalidoscope were bugging me because it was getting me dizzy they handed me a little container vile came up.So when I was back in my room I fell asleep with still some of the sleeping gas in me.When I woke up I rose up a little to see what happened to me.I had little tape things on two of them but on my belly button I had a cotton ball inside of it and a huge bandaid over it.I Guess it was portecting it from bleeding.My aunt and grandma came that day I had not eaten since Easter.So I ordered some bowtie pasta and a milkshake it taste good on my throat because they put a tube down my thoart not very fun they took it out before I woke up.When they left I already had fallen asleep my brother and my dad left as well.The next day when I woke I heard thunder cracking in the sky and lighting come through my shade.As I turned on the T.V. trying find a show I liked and I foundone Everybody Hates Chris as I watched that the student nurse came in.She gave some candy.5 starburst,a cadbury egg,snickers,and,reese peanut butter cups.I only ate the starburst and the egg. So later that day I got to go have another Ultra Sound just to compare to my cyst from now three weeks just to make sure.So then she gave us the doctors orders and told me I cant do physically activites.So I got changed brushed my teeth and returned home.That is my story of the worst spring break ever

P.s: I had to miss my trip to Colorado for this to happen I could barely walk

I have a skating competiton tomorrow this is going to be my third year of doing this competition. I feel very ready for it im going skating today for two hours I have two lessons tonight with my ice dance coach and freestyle coach and then I have a hour to practice my spin program, compulsory, and my freeskate. I'm excited I know I will do well this year as I have not done so hot in the the last three years I got fourth out of 6 and 7th out of 8 well actually me and my friend tied for those places the year before i got 2nd out of 2nd hey I still got a medal. Then I got 7th out of 9th what fun hey but i have a feeling im going to do

Spring

Im so happy that spring is just around the corner. No more snow for the rest of the year yay . I can almost smell it in the air. Its raining right now thats a good thing right now because it makes the snow melt soon i will be able to wear flip flops again yay flip flops are my favorite shoes to wear in the summer and spring

St. Patrick's Day

St. Patrick’s Day


St. Patrick’s Day brings a lot to my mind. It brings to my mind clovers, mint ice cream, corn beef, rainbows, leprechauns, and gold chocolate coins. For me St. Patrick’s Day has my own tradition’s I wear green on St. Patrick’s Day. For dinner we usually eat corn beef and potatoes for dinner and have mint ice cream for dessert sometimes it’s day for a interesting fun time.

Olympics Over

Im sad right now because my favorite thing in the whole world is over the winter olympics I knew it be over sometime but now that it is theres nothing to talk about anymore the next time the winter olympics come around i will be a junior in high school. I would be 17 years old but I asked my mom if i can go to the 2014 saying that would be my only christmas present but of course she says no because their being held in russia. It was super fun getting to watch everyone Apolo Anton Ohno broke Bonnie Blairs record of 7 medals he got 8. The four man bobsleigh after 62 years of not getting in the top 3 finally won gold. Evan Lysacheck after 42 years since brian botanio won gold Evan finally beat of after 42 years of men not winning gold Evan did win. We even broke our medaal count since 32 years we won 36 medals in total. We won the medal count again!The summer olympics is just 2 years away by then i will be a freshman in high school although the summer olympics ones aren't has fun as the Winter Olympics will always be my favorite ones even though I will be a junior I can't wait til 2014
